REGISTRATION

Delegates can choose to register to attend In-person or virtually At-Home. We would encourage as many of you to attend In-person as we are looking forward to reconnecting with the phlebology community.


If you registered for the 2020 conference and did not request a refund, your registration booking has been transferred to the 2021 conference.

Registrations will open on the 31 March 2021.
Early bird registrations will close on 31 May 2021.

At-Home Registration

Cancellation Policy

Registrations will be refunded less a $295.00 administrative fee upon written notice of cancellation. In order to qualify for a refund of fees, your cancellation notice must be received no later than 30 days prior to the conference start date. There will be no refunds for cancellations received after that date or for lack of attendance. Refunds will be processed after conference is complete. In the event that government restrictions come into place the meeting will revert to a full virtual meeting with all face-to-face registrations being transferred to access the virtual meeting.
